Bryan has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years, in that time has gained extensive experience in all aspects of contract management, design management, project management and administration in all types of commercial construction. His knowledge, leadership and motivational skills have been the key to the successes he has achieved.
Nataszha Fitzgerald-Symes
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Health Science (Registered Nurse)
HISTORY
Nataszha has been an active part of the company since herself and Bryan established it in 2004. Nataszha has developed most of the systems and processes currently keeping the administrative department running. She keeps the office running, accounts up to date and most importantly everyone paid.
Aaron
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Construction Management
HISTORY
Aaron has been involved in the construction industry for more than 20 years, in that time he has gained experience in all types of commercial construction generally from a site based management position. He posses good practical / technical knowledge and leadership skills, these skills have helped him achieve a high standard management so far in his career.
Robert
QUALIFICATIONS

HISTORY
Robert has vast experience as a construction manager joining the Capri team back in 2015 after leaving his home country in The Netherlands where he managed his own business leading a team of around 50. He has great leadership abilities and employs excellent communication skills. Robert is a team player who applies his technical skills and a hands-on approach across every project he is involved in.
Michael
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Construction in Construction Management
National Certificate in Carpentry
Licensed Building Practitioner
HISTORY
Michael commenced his career in the industry as a carpenter. Once qualified, Michael moved into management completing a Bachelor in construction. In 2014 Michael joined Capri to start a cadetship in Construction Management. With this complete, Michael now posseses a good range of technical and practical skills along with a great professional ability to communicate on all levels. Michael is now a key member of the Capri staff project managing his own projects.
Zaid
QUALIFICATIONS
Construction Management (In Progress 3rd Year at Unitec)
HISTORY
Zaid commenced with Capri in 2015. He is currently completing a cadetship and is in his 3rd year Construction Management at Unitec. Since joining Capri, he has developed his technical knowledge and management skills where he is now a key member of staff bringing his confidence and hard-working skills to our team.
Lochlainn
QUALIFICATIONS
Construction Economics (1st Year at Unitec)
HISTORY
Lochlainn is currently completing his cadetship with Capri and 2nd year Construction Economics at Unitec. He works under supervision of the senior site managers developing construction management skills.
Management Team
Capri is lead by a wealth of experience with over 100 years between the 4 key staff members. Capri is a tight knit team, we understand the need for a team environment. Management staff cannot build the projects alone, our subcontractors and suppliers play a large part of success.
Training
Capri is very keen on training, with our Director Bryan completing his cadetship in his respective fields back in the 80’s. Aaron completed his cadetship under Bryan in the late 90’s and now training a third generation a new breed of cadets in this ever changing world with Lochlainn, Michael and Zaid. We believe if you want the best, train them yourself.
